Sam Wilson, now Steve Rogers's official partner, receives a visit from his nephew Jody, who is involved in criminal activity linked to Stone-Face, a local crime boss. When Jody is arrested for blackmailing a businessman, Cap intervenes as a moral compass in court. Cap and Falcon later clash with Stone-Face's henchmen near Jody's mother's home. After a heated confrontation, Cap cleverly uses his shield to protect civilians and foil Stone-Face's plan.
